San Paul Tat-Targa Villa

This villa seamlessly blends traditional materials with modern design, respecting its natural surroundings. Recycled natural stone walls provide privacy and create a striking contrast with the cantilevered roof, adding depth to the building’s form. Timber cladding discreetly hides the entrances, while native vegetation enhances the Mediterranean aesthetic.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling glazing opens to a pool area elevated for panoramic views, merging indoor and outdoor spaces. The private sleeping quarters are separated from the main living areas, while the lower level features a gym, indoor pool, and recreational spaces.

The interplay of vertical and horizontal planes creates a bold architectural identity that harmonizes with its environment.
